Walking Stick Brewery

Nestled in Garden Oaks, a neighborhood north of the Heights, Walking Stick Brewing Co. is the creation of husband and wife Andy and Angie Dunn. Andy fell in love with the industrial property in 2016 and has been slowly transforming it into a craft brewery that will soon have taproom and a bier garten.

On tap, you’ll find English ales with some fun and interesting IPAs in the mix. And because the Dunns are from Colorado, they’re “bringing the Rockies to Houston” – all of their beers are named after a Colorado mountain with a summit of more than 14,000 feet.

The patio at Walking Stick is a picturesque setting to throw back a few beers, and the brewery will also host food trucks so patrons can grab a bite to go along with their beer.
