Besides the obvious order of at least a few pounds of crawfish, try the blackened catfish and the cua rang muoi―fresh blue crab stir fry.

Crawfish & Noodles is a bit hidden inside a strip center, but definitely worth the drive out to Bellaire Boulevard for good seafood served in ways you probably haven't had it before.
