We Olive & Wine Bar Houston

Owned by locals Luis and Amber Rabo, We Olive and Wine Bar is a wine bar and retail store open to tastings, dining and shopping. Located in the heart of the historic Heights Shopping District, the wine bar offers a wide selection ideal for gourmet shopping, a day with friends or a night out for two. Inside offers a vintage chic mixed décor of exposed brick, cherry woods and tall walls lined with jars of domestic olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, olives and boutique wines. While the wine bar offers an intimate space with polished wooden tables and a bar. Walk a little further back and guests can experience a more intimate space at the wine bar, which features tapas, cheese and charcuterie, hummus, a full listing of various wines and craft beers and more. Try the house’s favorite balsamic fig almond spread on a favorite bread or combine the basil olive oil and blackberry balsamic vinegar to give the salad that extra zing.

 

Stores hours for We Olive and Wine Bar are Sunday and Monday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 10 to 10 p.m. Wednesday to Friday. The wine bar and kitchen are open Sunday and Monday from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday to Friday. Happy hour is available all day Monday and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 pm. Tuesday to Friday. Reservations for the wine bar and kitchen are online or on OpenTable.com.
