Traveler's Table

Traveler’s Table is a laidback restaurant featuring “curated global cuisine.” The lovechild of writer and journalist Matthew Mitchell, the eclectic menu serves modern versions of hand-selected dishes from around the world. 

Located in Montrose, Traveler’s Table’s décor matches that of someone well-traveled. It has a bohemian vibe with a collection of textiles, hand plastered walls and vintage souvenirs sprinkled throughout the restaurant. The space also has a traveler’s table that serves as a centerpiece that can seat 16 and encourages communal meals. The laid-back restaurant can seat about 140 inside, plus 32 on a lush, covered patio.

When it comes to the menu, diners can expect shareable plates, flatbreads, salads and entrees from four different regions: Americas, Far East, India and the Mediterranean. The kitchen serves up globally influenced food like Thai-, Belgian-, and Spanish-style Prince Edward Island mussels; Mexican Street Corn; Butter Chicken; Soft Shell Crab Pad Thai; Whole Roasted Branzino; and the Traveler’s Table Burger which puts all other burgers to shame with candied bacon, truffle aioli and aged cheddar.
