Weights + Measures

Weights + Measures was once a name once given to government agencies that worked to ensure vendors were selling exactly what they were advertising. Now, four like-minded Houstonians have come together at Midtown’s newest neighborhood restaurant, bakery and bar to provide hungry and thirsty patrons alike with the promise of quality food and drink.

Located in a 1950s industrial warehouse in Midtown, Weights + Measures is a multi-purpose concept including a bake shop, bar and restaurant featuring a living room-style dining room serving seasonal American cuisine.

Start the day off with a pastry from Slow Dough Bake shop, open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., grab a meal from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., or stick around after hours for light bites and craft cocktails at the bar-lounge called Love and Squalor, open until 2 a.m. nightly.
